Arcades announce that they will be performing 14 shows in a highly anticipated tour of the United Kingdom in April.

The four-piece from Leicester have been building momentum ever since they sold out their charity comeback show at The Cookie in February in just two hours, where they raised over £2000 for CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young.) Now they are ready to travel from Portsmouth to Glasgow over a month of shows that will prove to the country just how hungry these boys are to show off their talents.

Lead singer Tommy Cobley says, “We went away to France for two weeks, completely in the middle of nowhere, and we were all just chilling together, having beers around the pool, and we just kept producing these songs and they weren’t anything like what we’d done before. It just naturally grew.”

The band have also hinted the unveiling of their new tracks in upcoming months to which they say, “All of the emotions (of the last nine months) went into that, the anger and the sadness, the happiness, everything, it’s all in these new songs.”

One thing that Arcades have always promised and delivered is a great stage show. Original fans will have seen this band evolve over the last 3 years into the passionate, quirky, quick-witted yet professional group of performers that blew away everyone in that crowd at The Cookie in Leicester on February 1st.

*All profits from the show will be donated to the Cardiac Arrest in the Young Charity. find out more information on the charity HERE*

Thomas Noel is a singer – songwriter from the West Midlands area. Having played a number of famous venues in the area such as The O2 Academy 3 and The Sunflower Lounge, Thomas has been making a name for himself, with The Future Sound Project labelling his intimate live performances as “must see”.

Thomas’ sound is influenced by a number of artists such as Johnny Cash and The Cure, which has moulded his indie/folk style. Thomas’ music “resonates” with audiences and brings a feeling of nostalgia to the listener, writing melancholic lyrics and presenting them in a melodic fashion, moodiness prevails.
