“A rich, rewarding experience, the gorgeous arrangement is matched to a supple vocal take” – Clash Music

Following the release of his astonishing debut album Fight To Forgive in October, the Northwest’s Mike Dignam has announced details of a UK headline tour in spring 2016, that will call at O2 Institute3 Birmingham on Sat 16th April.

The album, released on LAB Records, has had extensive support from the likes of Huw Stephens on Radio 1, and Dave Rowntree & John Kennedy on Radio X, both citing him as an artist to watch in 2016.

Mike has developed into a commanding live performer having honed his craft on support tours with Gabrielle Aplin, JP Cooper, American Authors, Gin Wigmore and 5 Seconds of Summer, as well as his own sellout headline tours.

Plus opening support from ED GEATER

For Birmingham born singer-songwriter and beatboxer Ed Geater, rhythmical strength is complemented by lyrical prowess.

Influenced by his obsession with ambient electronic artists such as Bonobo, Boards of Canada and Four Tet – Ed set out to create the same vivid and textural musical landscapes, but all acoustically, without any live sampling.

So far 2016 has served as the spark to ignite Ed’s career, releasing his Barriers EP in February on London independent label Music Mandi, alongside a packed EP Launch show at Birmingham’s Sunflower Lounge in March and extensive radio support from BBC Introducing.
