Much loved Birmingham four-piece Black Market Empire join us for their last ever gig. The quartet are famed for their exhilarating live shows combined with catchy riffs, heartfelt melodies and well crafted songs made for devoted followers who can’t help smiling, dancing, singing along and usually joining them onstage. Comparisons to everyone from The Kinks and The Beatles, The Buzzcocks and The Clash, The Strokes, The Libertines, Pulp and Suede, to the strange sounds of 1960′s producer Joe Meek, have been made by reviewers; which reflects the band’s wide-ranging influences.

They have played with The Temper Trap, Bombay Bicycle Club, Viva Brother, The Bluetones, Nine Black Alps and many more.

“A rather fine line in 60’s Mersey beat tinged tunes.” – The Hearing Aid
