THE SESHEN+ DAME + BROTHER & WOLF
The Seshen (Tru Thoughts Records) is a San Francisco Bay Area-based seven-piece led by singer/lyricist Lalin St. Juste and bassist/producer Akiyoshi Ehara.
Their forward-thinking sound combines synthesizers, drum machines, live percussion, and entrancing harmonies to create an unmistakable fusion of R&B, synth-pop, and electronic music.
St. Juste and Ehara are joined by five remarkable bandmates to create their multidimensional music. They take inspiration from across the musical spectrum; their individual influences range from recognizable artists (Erykah Badu, Jai Paul, James Blake, Radiohead, and Broadcast) to genres and eras that don’t initially appear to fit together (hip hop, indie rock, early electronica, and 70’s dub). Their unique alchemy of seemingly disparate sounds has led fans and critics alike to describe the band as defying categorization.

Brother & Wolf was an idea created by two childhood friends, Greg Quibell and Alex Amor. Both with the same passion for music and creativity, they envisioned a brand that would captivate and transcend across a new market in the creative world.
The attitude that Brother & Wolf present in their music is inspiring, humble and ambitious. The band released their debut EP in December 2015 titled KID – Part 1. The EP consists of 6 tracks with the lead single ‘Russian Romance’. Brother & Wolf are a solid live act with incredible chemistry and strong stage presence. They aim to achieve a sound that’s strong and melodic whilst creating those anthem choruses that become easily recognizable and remain timeless.
