HYENA+ THE MIGHTY YOUNG + ELECTRIC + PAUL BEAUMONT
Telford based Hyena, formerly known as Weatherbird, release their impressive debut single ‘Mental Home’ under their new guise this November. The single, issued by Red Venom was produced by Royal Blood producer Tom Dalgety who focused on the band’s Nirvana-esque surging dynamic and the singer’s hoarse power to mesmeric effect.
The band, who have recently toured with Aussie thrashpop group DZ Deathrays, have been compared to the likes of Darlia and Drenge and are sure to follow in their footsteps.
‘This year’s rock revival roars on – all snarling QOTSA’s style guitar riffs and pounding drums, ‘Mental Home’ is a blast of pissed off energy’ – NME

Plus support from THE MIGHTY YOUNG
The Mighty Young are a two-piece garage rock band from Birmingham, based in a small secret studio on the city’s vast canal network. Stunning packed rooms across the country, the band constantly welcome comparisons to The White Stripes, The Black Keys, The Cramps and everything in between. Their trademark brand of sweaty, dirty snarling blues can be seen in all dives, shacks and hovels the UK has to offer, but only if you can find them…

And support from ELECTRIC
A filthy rock ’n’ roll band with slicked-back swagger! This youthful trio offer an elegant dirge of self-penned garage rock. Growling bass riffs and shrieking guitar licks are frantically spurred on by a quick-tempered drum attack. The raw style of their sound has a vintage quality echoing the hey days of British guitar bands such as The Who and The Jam, but also comparable to recent American acts such as The White Stripes, Kings of Leon and The Strokes.

Plus opening support from PAUL BEAUMONT
Mixing punk rock and acoustic folk influences, Paul has just come out the studio with a batch of songs for release in the new year. The first of which ‘The Night Before’ can be heard on his Soundcloud page now!
