ANDREW JACKSON JIHAD+ HARD GIRLS + GHOSTS OF DEAD AIRPLANES

Andrew Jackson Jihad have always had a way with words. That’s pretty obvious from their near endless catalog of songs like ‘The Michael Jordan of Drunk Driving’ and ‘Love in the Time of Human Papillomavirus’ for example. But on their latest album, Christmas Island, the Phoenix folk-punk weirdos seem intent on upping their eccentric lyric game.

The band recently joined Frank Tuner on his European tour and have announced 15 date UK summer tour which calls at The Rainbow on the 10th June.

Plus support from HARD GIRLS

Californian punk trio inspired by the likes of Wire, Guided By Voices and Television.

Max and Morgan were in Pteradon, Mike was in Shinobu, now all three are in Hard Girls. In fact, they are Hard Girls. If you add Jesse, then you get Classics of Love. But this one is Hard Girls.
